Kurrent Technologies ltd aspires to be the preferred Engineering, Health, Safety and Environment Consulting Services firm in East and Central Africa. The top management of the company are committed to the Quality Management System (QMS) and provides the necessary resources to achieve all the set objectives and to ensure effective communication and implementation of QMS. The company remains customer focused and will always aspire to meet and exceed their expectations.

We achieve our quality objectives through:

  • Establishing measurable objectives and targets to ensure continual improvement aimed at elimination of defects;
  • Documenting, using and reviewing work procedures that avoid nonconformities;
  • Reviewing these procedures to ensure they remain appropriate and effective;
  • Complying with all relevant legislation, regulations, standards and codes of practice that are applicable to this organization;
  • Consultation with all staff members, stakeholders and other interested parties;
  • Identifying and quickly resolving quality issues;
  • Regularly monitoring the performance of service delivery; and
  • Ensuring that the public is aware of our quality management program.

  • Reviewing and evaluating training needs;

KTL quality policy is reviewed at least once every three years to ensure continued quality and improvement of the QMS objectives.
