EHS Audit Course

This one day training will assist staff to develop a set of measurable key performance indicators that will be utilized in monitoring and reporting safety performance. Participants will also be trained on identification and development of leading and lagging indicators and at assessing the organization’s status relative to those indicators. The course will provide the necessary methodology to implement these indices and apply them in environmental, health and safety audits.
